1.  Internet Browser and Device Security

1.1    Internet Browsers

Updating your internet browser is extremely important for the fast and secure use of the website of TEB Faktoring. If your browser is not up-to-date, you may experience problems when logging into Online Transactions and during your transactions. You can check your internet browser’s version by selecting “About” option under “Help/Tools” menu in your browser.

2.1    Password

Login to the internet branch of TEB Faktoring website is dome with the user code, password and single-use SMS password. After entering the username and password on the login screen, a verification code is entered on the second screen.

2.2    Single-Use Verification Code

In order to carry out your online transactions more securely through TEB Faktoring website, a new and single-use password is sent via SMS to your mobile phone number registered in the system, each time you access Online Transactions. This password is valid for three minutes and becomes invalid after the time limit and prevents login once expired.

2.3    Sim Card Blockage

For customers whose SIM cards are not compatible with 4.5G and who changed their SIM cards, it may not be possible to proceed with the entry of single-use passwords sent by SMS during the logging into the online transactions due to the legal regulations related to the banking applications.

In case the single-use password sent via SMS during the login into Online Transactions menu is not sent, if you have an account at Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası you can;

• Log into CEPTETEB Internet Branch with your card details,
• Contact the call center with your card and personal information,
• Get a new password through com.tr / Instant Password step,
• Unblock your SIM card at TEB branches.

If you do not have an account at Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası, you can also unblock your SIM card from a bank of which you are a customer. For your security, do not trust individuals who request information from you via e-mail, SMs or phone calls, except those communication channels mentioned above.

3.  TEB Faktoring Mobile Application

Do not download banking applications to your mobile phones and tablet from sources other than unofficial markets. Disable the permissions that allow the installation of the applications on your mobile devices from untrusted or unknown sources.

Teb Faktoring mobile application can only be downloaded from the Google Play store for Android devices and the App Store for IOS devices. Applications downloaded from the links in the SMS messages sent from the markets other than the official application markets or from the sources you do not know, may contain malicious software designed to steal your information.
